Senior Growth Officer / International SaaS Sales

We seek an outstanding Senior Growth Officer responsible for international and local business growth. As an SGO, you will play an integral role in building Palowise’s customer base, have fast-track opportunities to managing teams, and learn about revenue leadership.

Your responsibilities:

  • Pipeline generation and engaging in direct outbound activity, inclusive of cold-calling, conference and workshops, and social media drip campaigns. 
  • Meet with customers physically and digitally to surface their needs and present Palοwise accordingly
  • To contribute strategically to the business, with direct access to the MD and CEO of Palowise
  • Once successful, to lead commercials teams at Palowise by example, with a view to developing new recruits into the sales leaders of tomorrow

Skills & Requirements:

  • A University Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development & Growth in a B2B ecosystem
  • Knowledge of digital marketing & analytics and marketing technologies
  • A self-motivated hunter with team values; creative mindset, innovative thinking, a daring & autonomous personality, attention to detail
  • A doer: ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
  • Fluency in Greek & English
