We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with 3–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions. You will work with a modern data stack including Power BI, Airflow, AWS, and integrate data from multiple sources (including APIs) to deliver insights that drive business decisions.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Technical, Business, and Customer Success teams to understand needs and translate them into BI solutions
- Design and optimize Power BI data models, with strong understanding of relationships, star schemas, and normalization
- Develop and implement ETL processes, ensuring accurate and timely data integration based on business requirements
- Connect to and ingest data from multiple internal/external sources
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and custom reports, with a focus on supporting Customer Success operations
- Write complex, efficient SQL queries for reporting and data transformation
Skills & Requirements:
Knowledge of the following is essential:
- B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science/engineering
- 3–5 years of professional experience in BI development or data analytics
- Strong Power BI skills, including DAX, RLS, data modeling, and interactive visual design
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in Athena/Presto/PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for orchestrating ETL workflows
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (S3, Athena, RDS)
- Experience working with and integrating APIs and various data formats
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Desired Skills
Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:
- Microsoft PL-300 certification (Power BI Data Analyst Associate)
- Scripting experience in Python
- Knowledge of version control using Git
- Understanding of modern data warehousing and ELT architectures
