Your responsibilities:
- Establish robust client relationships, ensuring client needs are met and consistently deliver value & maintain their trust and loyalty.
- Lead and coach the CS team, guaranteeing top-quality deliverables and actionable insights
- Define the methodology/approach for each project, set up, and ensure data consistency.
- Contribute to the design of the offer ensuring that we are constantly improving and progressing according to market needs.
- Oversee the development & launch of products or services, ensuring they meet market demand and maintain competitive advantage.
- Work closely with the engineering team to create tools and techniques, enhancing service quality and efficacy.
- Present results and value to our clients.
Skills & Requirements:
- Passion for digital culture and a deep understanding of social media and/or digital marketing.
- At least 6 years of experience in social media analytics or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to draw insights from data.
- Team-oriented with creative problem-solving abilities.
- A good communicator, with a positive attitude, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Familiarity with BI tools, like Power BI, programming in Python/R/SAS, or SQL database experience is a plus.
